Our company was established in response to the level of under preparedness we have seen in the business community and the increase of litigation and cost that could have been averted, if the right people were hired in the first place and proper systems implemented. Our specialty is in the area of talent strategy and risk assessment for human capital - the 'breathing part of your business'.

We are particularly suited to giving start-ups the needed knowledge when looking for capital to fund growth. Knowing who to hire, when to hire and how much it will really cost as well as knowing who not to hire forms the foundation of the human capital component of the strategy plan for the business. A lot of entrepreneurs focus on the executive team members and this is a critical element; however it is more likely to be the core contributors that will bring a business to its knees in litigation or IRS audits.

We support and encourage best practices for employees, however if businesses are not looked after, there will be no employees.
